专利说明:
Anchoring system The invention relates to an anchoring system for attaching parts to a rock, rock, concrete or the like, with an anchor rod and with a substantially cylindrical retaining element with a transverse break for passing the anchor rod through. An anchoring system mentioned in the preamble with a threaded anchor rod and a retaining element provided with an internal thread, which are guided inwardly by means of two bores running at an acute angle and are connected to each other in the wall, as has been the case for decades has been used successfully for many years, is described in EP 0 062 155 B1. This publication and its publication are made entirely the subject of the above description. Despite the successful application of the known anchoring system, it has been found that in isolated cases, in particular with vibrations - e.g. in tunnel construction - due to air pressure fluctuations that occur as a result of vehicles driving through the tunnel, in particular trucks, the anchor rod can work loose in the retaining element, whereby it naturally rotates. The object of the invention is to prevent such a release by means of a simple improvement of the system according to the invention. According to the invention, the stated object is achieved with an anchoring system of the type mentioned in the preamble by a yielding locking element. In a particularly preferred embodiment, provision is thereby made for the locking element to cooperate with the anchor rod. The securing element additionally applied to the anchoring system used according to the invention serves as a twist lock, because of its yielding embodiment it is designed to be form-fitting and to form a form-fitting connection, in particular towards the anchor rod, and to rotate it relative to the holding member, and thereby a looser is prevented. For this purpose the holding element is in particular formed from plastic, preferably nylon or a soft metal. The locking element according to the invention can be designed in various ways. Thus, a first embodiment provides a securing element in the form of a locking pin, which is held in the retaining part by a threaded screw and is pressed inwards into the thread of the anchor rod. The retaining element herein has an axial passage bore, into which the locking pin is pressed inwards as a locking element, which locking pin engages form-fitting and form-fitting in the thread of the anchor rod, the threaded screw in particular comprising an inner hexagon. Another embodiment of the anchoring system according to the invention is characterized in that the locking element is designed as a washer that surrounds the anchor rod, to be laid under and between a part held by the anchoring system and a threaded nut screwed onto the anchor rod, wherein in particular the anchor rod at the level of the securing element comprises at least one recess into which a twist-proof lip of the securing element engages. Finally, a further embodiment of the inventive concept is characterized by at least one longitudinal groove formed in the threaded wall of the anchor rod at the level of the retaining element in the assembled state and one securing wedge inserted into the groove as locking element extending from the proximal end to the distal end of the rod becomes narrower. Further advantages and features of the invention are apparent from the claims and from the description below, in which an exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in detail with reference to the drawing. Fig. 1.1 shows a first exemplary embodiment of the anchoring system according to the invention; Fig. 1.2 shows a holding element according to the invention with a locking pin and a tightening screw of the first embodiment; Fig. 1.3 the holding element with a setting tool for inserting the holding element into the bore provided for this purpose and for holding when the anchor rod is screwed in; Fig. 2.1 is a longitudinal section of a second embodiment of the anchoring system according to the invention; Fig. 2.2 is an enlarged longitudinal section of the anchor rod of the second embodiment; Fig. 2.3 is a cross-sectional view of a securing bracket of an embodiment; Fig. 2.4 is a cross-sectional view of the anchor rod of this embodiment at the level of the securing bracket; fig. 3.1 a longitudinal section of a further embodiment of the anchoring system according to the invention; Fig. 3.2 shows an enlarged cross-section in the area of the locking wedge between anchor rod and holding element of this embodiment. The anchoring system 1 according to the invention comprises an anchor rod or bolt 2 and a cylindrical retaining element 3 in the form of an anchor bolt, which is designed as a solid part. The anchor rod 2 is provided with an external screw thread 2.1. The holding element 3 has a break-through 3.1, which runs at a finite sharp angle, preferably of 45 ° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the holding element 3. The break-through 3.1 is provided with an internal thread 3.2 which is adapted to the external thread 2.1 of the anchor rod 2. This locking system 1 according to the invention serves for the attachment of a part, such as the one in FIG. 1, which is to be fixed to a wall 5, which for example consists of a rock, rock or concrete. For this purpose, two bores are provided in the wall, namely a bore 6, as a rule perpendicular to the surface 5.1 of the wall 5 for receiving the anchor rod 2, and a further bore 7 at a finite acute angle to the surface 5.1 of the wall 5, wherein the angle related to 90 °, is complementary to the angle at which the bore 6 runs in the holding element 3 with respect to its axis. As a result, the holding element 3 can be introduced into the bore 7 in such a way that its break-through 3.1 is in line with the bore 6 and therefore with an anchor rod 2 arranged therein. (not shown), the anchor rod 2 with its thread 2.1 is screwed through the thread breach 3.1 of the element 3 and is thus secured in the bore 6 thereof by means of the holding element 3. Additionally, a further locking can take place in the usual manner by a connecting mass. The anchor rod 2 also has at its end projecting from the bore 6 the thread 2.1 onto which at least one nut 2.3 can be screwed, by means of which the element 4 to be secured can be secured to the wall 5 in this way, optionally by attaching one 2.4 washer. The anchoring system 1 is described in so far in detail in EP 0 062 155 B1, to which reference is made and of which the degree of disclosure is made fully subject to the disclosure of the present description. The retaining element 3 further has an axial bore 3.3 in its outer or proximal region 3a, which is directed towards the opening 7.1 of the bore 7, which is provided with an internal thread 3.4 at least in the entry region thereof and, as shown, can be narrow at its base tapering. A locking pin 8 is provided in this bore, the distal end face 8.1 of which engages - under pressure - in the thread 2.1 of the anchor rod 2, because a thread 8.2 is provided in the thread area 3.4 of the bore 3.3, for example an inner hexagon comprises for engaging the screw and screwing in the thread 3.4 of the bore 3.3. In this way, the locking pin 8 can be pushed inwards through the bore 3.3 into the screw thread 2.1 of the anchor rod 2 by means of the screw 8.2. The locking pin 8 consists of a resilient, soft material, such as a plastic, in particular nylon; it can also consist of a suitable soft metal. It is important that the end face 8.1 thereof deforms when pressed inwards in the thread 2.1 and can adapt to this. Hereby an additional securing of the anchor rod 2 against a loosening is achieved. The anchoring system 1 of the FIG. 2.1 to 2.4 primarily corresponds to the reference to FIG. 1 anchoring system described. Only the embodiment with regard to additional securing of the anchoring system 1 is designed differently in the embodiment of Figs. 2.1 to 2.4. Even if in this embodiment the holding element of the embodiment of Fig. 1 (without locking pin) can also be used, the cylindrical holding element 3 here only has a blind threaded hole 3.5, into which an operating part 11 can be screwed in, so that the holding element 3 is inserted into a front screwing in the anchor rod 2 can be held in a suitable position, as described in detail in EP 0 062 155 B1. For securing the anchoring system 1, the embodiment of FIG. 2.1 to 2.4 provide a securing element 9 in the form of a flat locking bracket. The anchor rod 2 has two lateral recesses or notches 2.5 in the region of the securing bracket in the illustrated embodiment, into which corresponding lips 9.1 of the securing bracket 9 engage (Fig. 2.3). Furthermore, it has a leg 9.3 which is at an angle with its main surface 9.2, which is laterally abutting against the part 4 to be secured, which is positioned in the wall by means of a pin 4.1. The fixing bracket 9 also consists of a resilient material, such as possibly preferably plastic (nylon) or a soft metal. Moreover, it is important that the securing bracket is secured against twisting by means of the lips 9.2 thereof which engage in the notches 2.5 of the anchor rod 2. After tensioning the securing bracket 9 between the part 4 to be secured and the nut 2.3, the securing bracket also forms an additional safeguard against loosening of the anchoring system. The same is achieved in yet another way in the embodiment of FIG. 3.1 and 3.2. The same parts are again provided with the same reference numerals. While the retaining element 3 is designed in the same way as that of Figs. 2.1 to 2.4, the anchor rod 2 has a longitudinal groove 10 at the level of the retaining element 3 relative to the embodiment of Fig. 1 and in addition thereto. , into which a locking wedge 10.1 is inserted, which can narrow narrowly from its proximal end to its distal end and abuts at its proximal end outside the holding element 3 against the wall of the bore and distally relative to the holding element 3 itself and while screwing in the anchor rod 2 into the thread 3.2 of the holding element 3 is also compressed by means of a pressure application. For this purpose, the locking wedge 10.1 again consists of a resilient material, such as plastic (nylon) or a soft metal, so that it can in particular also be pressed into the thread windings in the area of the breaking of the holding part 3 (in particular, form-fitting) forming a thread). An additional safeguard is hereby also achieved against a release of the anchoring system from the anchoring rod 2 and the holding part 3.
